Coach Abney played youth lacrosse in Fallston growing up moving on to Fallston High School '12 where he won a State Championship in 2012 and was a 3 time All Harford County player. He went on to play at York College ('16) where he was a 4 year starter.

Coach Lawrence grew up playing lacrosse with Fallston Rec and went on to play at Fallston High School as a two way midfielder. He was a 3 year varsity starter, 2x First Team All county and 2012 State Champion. After High School he played at McDaniel College as a offensive midfielder & attackman. Coach Lawrence was a 2x All Centennial Conference award winner and the Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2015. He currently works as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for FX Physical Therapy where he focuses on sports performance rehab and return to sport rehab. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a background in training high school and college lacrosse players in power, strength, speed and agility.
Ben Jones started his lacrosse career playing for Lutherville. He then attended Loch Raven High School graduating in 2012 where he played close defense as a 4x varsity lacrosse player and 3x captain. Ben was a multisport athlete and also played football all 4 years. He went on to play college lacrosse from 2012 - 2016 for the York College Spartans as a close defenseman, LSM, and SSDM and was noted by his coaches as a hard worker with natural leadership and lead by example. He served as a 2x captain in the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Ben is currently a surgical PA in robotics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD."
Coach Nohe grew up playing lacrosse with the Overlea Rec program with close friend Mike Mullahey. He went on to play midfield and face off for Calvert Hall graduating in 1994. After High School Coach Nohe was a face off specialist for 4 years at the University of Maryland graduating in 1998. Coach Nohe still play lacrosse today in local adult leagues.
Coach Kyle Leppert is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Kinesiology at Towson University – teaching in topics of exercise science and sport coaching. Coach Leppert has expertise in long-term athlete development and sport performance, and he conducts research on the long-term health of youth and adolescent boys’ lacrosse players. Coach Leppert is entering his 4th season as the Varsity Head Coach for the Hereford HS Boys Lacrosse who he led to a State Championship title in 2021. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of experience in sport performance coaching for youth across multiple sports. Coach Leppert’s playing career included time as a member of the varsity lacrosse teams at Gettysburg College and Ursinus College, as well as the men’s club lacrosse team at The University of North Carolina during graduate studies. He was an all-County player in lacrosse and soccer at The John Carroll School and started his lacrosse career in the Overlea-Fullerton Rec program.
Coach Reilly grew up playing box and field lacrosse in Corning NY. After High School, he went on to play at Lycoming College (12’-16’) where he received multiple all conference honors and was USILA player of the week. Coach Reilly also represented Team USA in 2014 at the down under cup in Australia. Post collegiately he has continued his lacrosse career including coaching the Santa Barbara High School Varsity and the local club team The Riptide. He has continued to play as well including with Beverly Hills Lacrosse Club, the Boston Megamen, and for the Trenton Terror of the Professional Box Lacrosse Association (2023).
