  Coach Adam has coached boys lacrosse and ice hockey since 2020. He is a member of the USA Lacrosse Association. As a former collegiate ice hockey player, Coach Adam understands the commitment, discipline, and teamwork it takes to compete at a high level. Coach Adam joined Swarm in 2024.  

 Coach Kurt Felmar brings decades of lacrosse experience, a deep love for the game, and a relentless commitment to player development to the Baltimore Swarm program.

Kurt started playing lacrosse at the age of four and rose through the ranks in the Perry Hall Rec Council, where he played on one of the region’s most dominant youth teams. His skill and leadership on the field earned him MYLA All-Star honors—recognition as one of the best players in the Maryland Youth Lacrosse Association. He continued his playing career at Calvert Hall College High School, one of the most competitive programs in the country, competing in the MIAA A Conference. After high school, Kurt ultimately wrapped up his playing days early with the highly respected Bayhawks club team under legendary coach Paul Cantabene.
