  Coach Radebaugh played youth lacrosse with St. James Academy and then at Calvert Hall High School. He went on to play attack at Mt. St. Mary's College from 1998-2002 and has coached lacrosse at Southern High School in Harwood, MD and Calvert Hall College. Matt currently officiates NCAA games for the National Intercollegiate Lacrosse Officials Association and is the Rules Interpreter for the Southern Lacrosse Officials Association. In addition officiating lacrosse he is the Loch Raven High School Men's Varsity Soccer coach. Coach Radebaugh joined the Swarm in 2021.

 Coach Rebbel played Rec lacrosse with Fallston growing up and went on to play club lacrosse at Wheeling Jesuit University. Coach Rebbel has been coaching lacrosse with Perry Hall and Swarm since 2014 and is a US Lacrosse Certified Coach.
